Frequently asked questions

What happens on a site survey?

We measure the opening and run-back, check ground levels, power and drainage, look at traffic and access needs, and take photos. You then get a written specification and quote.

Do I need to be there?

It helps if someone can show us the entrance and talk through how the site is used, but we can survey an open site on our own if you prefer.

Can I send photos instead?

Yes. For simpler jobs, photos and a few measurements are often enough to quote. Email them to mail@wellingtonsecurity.co.uk.
