Proven in all conditions
Hot dip galvanised and powder coated as standard. Because the gate travels above the ground, it runs smoothly on unpaved and sloping drives, and in snow.
-
Safety as standard
Every automated WSP gate runs on a standard 230V single phase supply, with a heavy-duty motor rated for frequent use, dual-height photocells and active safety edges. WSP 95 and WSP 130 can also run off-grid on solar power.
-
Tailored to your site
Left- or right-handed, single or double-leaf, in a wide choice of RAL colours or galvanised only, with optional anti-climb spikes.

Functionality and safety
-
Trackless cantilever design
Nothing across the opening to clog, freeze or be damaged by HGVs.
-
Single phase power
All automated WSP gates run on 230V single phase, so no three-phase supply is needed. Heavy-duty motors are rated for frequent use.
-
Dual-height photocells
If something enters the opening, the beam is broken and the gate stops.
-
Active safety edges
Stop the gate if the leaf meets an obstacle.
-
Anti-climb spikes
Optional spikes along the top edge of the leaf.
-
Left, right or double-leaf
Configured to suit the run-back space on site.
-
Access control
Phone app, GSM call-to-open, remotes, keypads, intercoms and vehicle detectors.
-
Groundworks drawings
Drawings and templates supplied on order, so your groundworker knows exactly what to build.
Planning your gate in 5 steps
-
1. Measure the opening
Clear width between the posts or fence lines.
-
2. Check the run-back
Clear, level space alongside the opening, roughly 1.5× the opening width. A bi-parting pair halves it.
-
3. Plan foundations
A reinforced base along the run-back plus a receiving-post base and duct. We supply drawings.
-
4. Sort out power
All WSP gates are single phase: a 6 A supply with a fused spur. Or run a WSP 95 or WSP 130 off-grid with EstateGuard Solar.
-
5. Choose access
App, GSM call, smart remotes, keypads, intercoms and free-exit detectors.

Frequently asked questions
Which WSP gate do I need?
Which WSP gate do I need?
It mainly depends on the opening width and how busy the entrance is. WSP 95 covers 4 to 6 m, WSP 130 is the heavy-duty choice for 6 to 9 m and frequent use, and WSP 200 covers 8 to 12 m. Send us your measurements and we'll recommend the right one.
Can a cantilever gate be manual?
Can a cantilever gate be manual?
Yes. The WSP 95 is available as a manual gate. A purpose-built manual gate will be better than a manual gate designed to be automated.
Can a WSP gate run on solar power?
Can a WSP gate run on solar power?
Yes. WSP 95 and WSP 130 gates are compatible with EstateGuard Solar, so they can be automated where there's no mains power at the entrance.
Do I need a three-phase supply?
Do I need a three-phase supply?
No. All our automated gates, including the WSP 200, run on a standard 230V single phase supply: a 6 A fused spur at the motor position.
What foundations are needed?
What foundations are needed?
A reinforced concrete foundation along the run-back, a smaller base for the receiving post, and a duct between them. Drawings and templates come with every order.
Do you supply installers?
